The Career Guidance Cell gives the students information about the various courses offered by the colleges under the universities in Kerala and the neighbouring states and also offers advise regarding their job prospects. It also holds meetings with parents with a view to disseminating details about the various academic avenues open before their wards.

F.M.N.College is an approved placement source for many companies and the placement cell makes liaison with these
companies and arranges for career placement.
